Are you a strategist with experience in content and/or connections planning (in a creative/media/technology agency) wanting to take a next step in your career?
More than “just” content or connection strategy, you will become the go-to person to make sure our clients' creative ideas reach the right people, at the right moment, via the right touchpoints. You will make sure that people are not just reached but engaged with our creative ideas.

What you’ll do for us
You’ll uncover insights: based on the target audience from the client's brief (and the media agency) you look on fresh insights about how people relate to the brand and the category. By mapping at what point they are receptive
to what kind of experiences.
You’ll plan journeys: in an ongoing process you will work together with our brand strategists & creatives to translate media neutral ideas to concrete flows & journeys that engage consumers with creative ideas in the
most natural and impactful way.
You’ll measure success: together with our data strategist you will set up KPI’s, and install dashboards to learn from mistakes & measure success.
You’ll keep us sharp: you understand how media works, enjoy experimenting with new ways of generating attention and have a keen eye for what platforms and new developments are of interest for the agency and its clients.
What we need from you
You are socially savvy: you are passionate about all kinds of new media. You have experience with free and paid tools. You stay clear of marketing buzzwords, instead offering us a customer centric view on our clients’ challenges.
You are a born communicator: you can translate your expertise in good looking presentations, delivered in a natural way to your team and clients.
You are a real team player: we’re only 55, so you’ll eat, dream, think, inspire and work with most of us, most of the time.
2 or 3 years experience in a strategy role.
Passion outside the agency environment (after-hours startups, citizenship initiatives, surprising hobbies) will be considered as an added bonus.
