DDB Brussels wins BASE account
After a short but intense pitch, BASE has awarded its communications budget to DDB Brussels. BASE is the third largest mobile operator in the country and wants to profile itself more strongly as the mobile specialist. " There was a firm consensus to start working with DDB." said Chief Marketing Officer Olivier De Raeymaeker: "They positioned themselves straight away as a business partner and we feel that their creative power matches our challenger DNA."
Four agencies were invited to pitch: DDB, outgoing agency Duval Guillaume, Famous and De Vloer. The collaboration between DDB and BASE will start immediately.
